Zoe Woolley is the Headmistress of Jeddah Prep and Grammar School, Saudi Arabia. She was previously Principal of Repton Al Barsha, Dubai and Head of the Junior School at Lavant House in the UK. Zoe’s international career started in the late 1990s in Riyadh. From that time, her passion for championing women in educational leadership has led her to facilitate development opportunities for those in her team. Zoe is committed to delivering teaching in a relevant context, having led Repton Al Barsha to be one of the first Apple Distinguished Schools in the region. Her experience brings together everything that modern school leadership demands, a partnership of visionary business skills and commitment to world-class teaching.
Zoe has a BEd degree from Birmingham University and an MSc in Educational Leadership from Portsmouth University. As a mother of three daughters, Zoe understands what it means to combine home and work life.
