Victoria Hopkin FRSA FCCT is a qualified executive coach and works with C-suite clients and leaders in commercial and educational contexts to improve organisational productivity, innovation and achievements. Her research interests include intercultural understanding, with a view to coaching excellence in teams with a mixed cultural composition. Her work in supporting clients in complex organisations or projects where language and differences in cultural heritage create barriers to achievement has led to her being a sought-after educational consultant in international schools, particularly within the GCC.
