Tracy Crowder-Cloe is a leader in the educational sector, renowned for her commitment to fostering global-mindedness and innovative learning environments.

During her seven successful years as Headteacher and Principal in the UK, Tracy led transformations that set benchmarks in educational excellence and student development. She moved to the UAE in 2019 taking on headship at Repton Dubai. In August 2023, Tracy joined Cranleigh Abu Dhabi as Principal. Tracy’s international experience in school leadership has furthered her focus on global thinking, adaptability, resilience, and intercultural understanding to stimulate a global mindset and prepare learners to think beyond borders.

Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), a master’s degree in education and the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH). She was also a Department for Education (DfE) Designated National Leader of Education in the UK, supporting schools and leaders in the North of England.
