Rebecca, a University of Cambridge graduate, began her educational career in 1999 as Head of Performing Arts in Southeast England, later advancing to Sixth Form Leadership. As Director of Sixth Form at Inspiration Trust, she significantly improved provision, earning recognition for top progress in the UK.

As Vice Principal within an Academy Trust, she maintained high academic standards and supervised pastoral care. After relocating to Dubai in 2016, Rebecca served as Assistant Principal in the Kings’ School Group and Vice Principal of Jumeirah College before becoming Principal at Dubai British School Jumeirah Park. Under her leadership, the school received “Outstanding” judgments from BSO in 2022 and KHDA in 2024, establishing it as a leading institution in Dubai.

Rebecca excels in school improvement, safeguarding, and staff development, with expertise in evidence-informed learning and curriculum design. She holds the National Professional Qualification for Headship and is a certified trainer with UCL, specialising in Senior Leadership Development.
