I have a proven track record as an educational leader in both the UK and international markets with experience of both established secondary and founding all-through boarding schools. As part of SLT, I have led schools through BSO, CIS, FOBISIA and HPL inspections and accreditations. I am a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching, COBIS Peer Accreditor, PENTA inspector and an instructional coach. I am experienced in leading and managing both the strategic and operational educational and commercial aspects of successful schools. As a Senior Leader, I am highly proficient at data analysis, curriculum development, pastoral care and staff development. I value researched, evidenced based approaches to pedagogy.
