A dedicated educator and school leader, I bring over 13 years of experience to my current role as Dean of Students at Sias International School. I have a proven track record in pastoral leadership, having developed the SEL curriculum, implemented a successful and unique mentoring program, and significantly reduced behaviour issues in my previous role. I am passionate about student well-being and academic success, and I have presented workshops on various pastoral and academic topics, including the Alpha generation, at the Southeast Asia Counsellor Network conference in 2023. I am eager to share my expertise and innovative approach to student development.
