Niall has worked in the UAE for over eight years, leading in schools across a variety of curricula. With a Masters in Educational Leadership from the University of Bath, Niall’s research dissertation explored the DSIB inspection framework and how schools of varying curricula pursue an international education whilst performing well in the framework. Currently Deputy Head of Primary at Greenfield International School, Niall is a qualified BSO Inspector, holds an NPQH. With a passion for the importance of inclusion as a priority for leaders at all levels, Niall is currently undertaking the NPQSenco. Niall believes in excellence for all students through a culture of ambition and success for all.
