A former lead inspector in the UK (Ofsted) worked with over 2,000 schools on leader development, coaching leaders for performance, self-evaluation and inspection methodology. International experience working with National Association of British Schools in Spain, Government of Gibraltar Inspectorate, schools in Hong Kong, Dubai, Sharjah, Oman and Abu Dhabi. Currently an adviser to Crown Prince Court on strategic implementation of the moral education curriculum in all schools across UAE. Conducting and sharing results of global research with school leaders – mostly recently with a group of schools in UAE.
