I have dedicated my career to private and public education in the USA and the UAE for 25 years. As a teacher, instructional coach, principal, principal trainer, and currently elementary principal in Abu Dhabi, UAE, my career mission is to empower, challenge, and spark teacher curiosity about what is possible in their own career path. Through support and connection, we can have healthy and robust careers in education, make an impact, and take care of ourselves. I have been an America-based educator up until 4 years ago when I moved to Abu Dhabi with my husband and two teenage children.
