Dr. Justin Reynolds is an experienced school leader with over two decades in education, spanning classroom teaching, higher education, and senior leadership roles. Currently serving as Middle School Principal at GEMS Dubai American Academy, he has successfully led schools through growth, innovation, and academic excellence. His expertise includes talent recruitment, community engagement, and building multi-tiered systems of support. With a doctorate in Educational Leadership, he is also a former adjunct professor who has prepared future school leaders.
