Julie is a dynamic coach, facilitator, and thought leader with expertise in coaching, communication, and purpose-driven leadership.

Julie’s career is marked by her dedication to fostering leadership and communication skills. Recognised as a ‘Woman to Watch’ in Education, Julie is an advocate for women in leadership. Her commitment to promoting diversity in coaching is evident through her role as a DiverseEd Coach, where she actively champions inclusivity and representation.

Julie’s influence extends to corporate. She has contributed to leadership programmes for major law firms and corporations, including Baker McKenzie, Reed Smith, Nestlé, Mastercard and Mischon De Reya. She is also a PGCE Tutor for the University of Buckingham.

The Educational Coach’s vision is “No teacher unsupported”. Her team works with schools in the UK and internationally, helping them embed a coaching culture that nurtures and empowers educators.
