Joanna has over 20 years of senior leadership experience in roles such as Vice Principal, Principal and Education Advisor for a schools group. She has worked in the UK, Europe and the UAE. She has worked around the world supporting school improvement in her role as a Lead Improvement Partner for COBIS. Joanna is currently the Principal of Wales International School in Abu Dhabi.
