Jeff works successfully in collaboration with a diverse range of international stakeholders: school groups/owners, investors, regulatory bodies, local government agencies, inspection teams, parent and student councils and school leadership teams.

He has direct recent involvement with new school start-ups, feasability studies, commercial and technical plans, school licensing, policy and regulations, assessment and evaluation.

Professional UAE experience includes business development and expert-level knowledge of the federal school inspection framework along with international accreditation – COBIS, BSO, IB, WASC-NEASC.

Jeff thoroughly enjoyed 5 years as Program Manager for School Improvement with Abu Dhabi Education Council, with a large and diverse group of over 40 private school principals & headteachers across the emirate.

Jeff previously enjoyed 15 years of successful senior leadership and headship/principal roles in leading international schools across Europe, the Far East and the GCC (working within 4 regional associations – COBIS, BSME, NABSS and FOBISIA) covering all aspects of academic, pastoral / student welfare and school administration work.
