Glen Radojkovich is the Managing Director of Cognita, UAE, and has held executive leadership positions for more than 20 years. He has led schools delivering a variety of curricula across primary and secondary levels in New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, and the UAE.

Over the past decade in the UAE, Glen has worked with several leading education groups in roles including Principal/CEO, Director of Education, and Vice President. He has served as Chairman of the IB Heads Association and Chairman of the Cambridge University International Examinations Headmasters Association. In recognition of his contributions to leadership and curriculum development, Glen received a Cambridge University bursary.

Glen has also acted as an advisor to Ministries of Education in five countries and has been a featured speaker at numerous international conferences, sharing insights on leadership, innovation, and global education reform
