Dr. Tonia Y. Williams is an accomplished visionary and instructional educator with 30 years of experience as a teacher and administrator in the United States and the United Arab Emirates. As the proud principal of Future International Private School, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role.
Dr. Williams has extensive experience as a whole school principal, with certifications in supervision, administration, and management of K-12 schools. Her skills extend beyond academics to include human resources, budgeting, relationship-building, marketing, and liaising with state education departments.
In the United States, she has served as an English Language Arts middle school teacher, assistant principal, and principal. She was also the Turnaround Principal of a School Improvement Grant (SIG) school, managing a $1.2 million grant.
Dr. Williams excels in turning around low-performing schools, coaching leaders and teachers, improving literacy, curriculum, and instruction, and enhancing student achievement and school culture. Her vision involves strategic planning and collaboration to drive educational advancements globally.
