Dr. Aysha AlShamsi serves as an Assistant Professor at the UAE Higher Colleges of Technology. Aysha is the Chair of the Education Program.  Before joining the HCT, Aysha served as an Educational leader with MOE, in roles such as school leader and Lead Cluster Manager.  Aysha participates in school leaders’ training in different ways, including leadership training aligned with the UAE’s TELS standards. Aysha is an accredited school inspector and has inspected a number of government and private schools.
