I am an IB educator and leader with over a decade of experience in teaching, curriculum design, and professional development. My work spans the IB Diploma and Middle Years Programmes, with a particular focus on fostering both student and educator agency. Currently, I serve as Assistant DP Coordinator and Core Coordinator, in addition to working as an IB Workshop Leader and Examiner. I hold a Master of Arts in Education and a National Professional Qualification in Senior Leadership, and I am passionate about combining creativity, reflection, and strategic leadership to cultivate meaningful learning experiences that empower lifelong learners.
