Dan McHugh has recently moved to Swiss International Scientific School after seven previous years of senior leadership experience in the Middle East. He is passionate about teaching and learning, the nexus of professional development and performance management, and the successful implementation of change programmes in schools. His current doctoral studies with the University of Bath allows him to pursue these interests, while outside of work and his own studies, Dan is a family man who is keen that his own children are able to pursue a genuinely languages-rich school experience.
