Blanca Hindle is the Principal of Clarion School in Dubai and an experienced school leader with over 20 years in education across the United States and the UAE. She leads with a focus on progressive education, STEAM integration, and whole-school wellbeing. Previously a founding Assistant Principal of Miami-Dade Virtual School in Florida, Blanca has also served as a Gifted and Talented specialist and Curriculum Support Specialist. At Clarion, she launched initiatives such as the Clarion Connectors induction program for new faculty, the “Clarion Creative Collective” gifted program, and teacher well-being spaces that foster a supportive school culture. Blanca holds masters’ degrees in Educational Leadership and Sociology with an Emphasis in Education. Guided by servant leadership, she believes wellbeing is not an optional add-on but the foundation of a thriving, student-centered school community.
