Prior to 2016, I was the Founding Principal at Kings’ School Al Barsha, MS/HS Principal at GEMS World Academy Dubai, and Secondary Headteacher at Al Khor International School Qatar. I now work with Search Associates, an American company supporting 3000 international teacher placements each year across the world in IB, American and British curriculum schools. With my wife Alison (ex Principal at Kings’ Dubai, GEMS Wellington IS, and Denla British School Bangkok) we run a franchise for Search, providing guidance and support for c.500 international teachers seeking new international positions each year. We have a particular responsibility for supporting our Middle East schools, and run 2 job fairs in Dubai, in November and April each year.
