Ben has been at The Academy for 9 years and has previously led on teaching and learning. He also runs his own teaching and learning blog and vlog, www.wagollteaching.com which focuses on sharing research-driven pedagogy. His interest for cognitive science has developed over the last four years with an emphasis on Early Years and Primary focused approaches.
