Known for her strategic clarity and deep commitment to equity, Asma has led large-scale curriculum and professional learning initiatives in urban districts such as LAUSD and Chicago, supported instructional improvement through national platforms like Eureka Math and Wit & Wisdom, and consulted globally on school leadership, refugee education, and systemic reform.
