I hold a National Professional Qualification in Headship (NPQH), Masters (with distinction) in Educational Leadership and Management, a BSc (with honours) in Psychology, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Primary Education (with QTS).

I am an ambitious, hardworking and committed leader who has over 10 years of experience within the education sector.

At heart, I am a transformational and instructional leader, however, I naturally utilise a variety of leadership styles in a cohesive and personalised way to ensure the best outcomes are met for everyone involved.

My personal vision in life is to be my best and most authentic self at all times, in all places and amongst all people. My educational philosophy is that all children can achieve highly with the right support and in their own time. Uniqueness and individuality are celebrated within my leadership of students and staff.
